The Meetings Show is the premier exhibition in the UK for the meetings and events industry, delivering high quality buyers from across the UK and Europe, including agencies, association and corporate buyers. In 2017, 4,800 meetings and events professionals attended the show including 1,870 industry buyers. Format:
This is an appointment-driven show with buyers making appointments directly with exhibitors.  VisitScotland has a branded stand in the UK & Ireland zone and can accommodate up to 12 industry partners.

VisitScotland stand attendance includes: 

  • Personal seated pods equipped with individual plasma screen with HMDI connectivity, lockable storage and branding
  • Internet access 
  • Hospitality throughout the show and various on-stand events to attract buyers
  • Pre-show marketing by VisitScotland
  • Access to your own personal online portal on The Meetings Show website 

Cost:
£4,995 +VAT

This fee includes your own stand space with branding, pre-show marketing and internet access on-stand. Please note that this cost does not cover travel and subsistence. Places are limited to 12 partners so sign up soon to avoid disappointment.
