INNOVATEFILM | 8 June 2017

Time:16:15 – 20:00

Location: Eden Court, Inverness  (As part of XPO North)

INNOVATETHENATION is a VisitScotland initiative that brings together experts, influencers and the next generation of pioneers and innovators in a series of engaging talks throughout the country.

INNOVATEFILM on the 8th June engages with Scotland’s thriving Film Sector to look at the challenges and unrivalled possibilities of filming in our remote, rugged and beautiful landscapes and thriving city locations. Scottish creativity and unique #Scotspirit produces powerful, renowned work, which attracts growing audiences both nationally and internationally. The go ahead for the Straiton Film Studio outside Edinburgh by Scottish Government is a further commitment to advancing this important Sector for Scotland.

INNOVATEFILM provides an exciting platform to hear our stories from the past, present and future and engage with the future of Film in Scotland. Come and join the debate! Our speakers are film producers who have all used our landscapes and local talent to produce creative and powerful films that have gained international acclaim and live long in the memory.
