INNOVATETHENATION is a VisitScotland initiative that brings together experts, influencers and the next generation of pioneers and innovators in a series of engaging talks throughout the country.

INNOVATELITERATURE on the 28th September engages with different elements of Scotland’s literature sector to look at the innovative and creative ways that the industry is evolving in an increasingly digital age. Authors are continuing to produce powerful and compelling work –work which attracts growing audiences, both nationally and internationally, to visit inspirational locations, and which lead to some of today’s biggest successes in film and television. How can we best maximise the impact for Scotland from telling our stories, showcasing our landscapes, and engaging with those who are inspired to visit us, to write about our history, our heritage and our spirit?

INNOVATELITERATURE provides an exciting platform to hear compelling stories of the industry, and engage with literature in Scotland. Come and join the conversation and debate! Our speakers have all been inspired to work in this industry in unique ways, each celebrating the power and joy of words, producing, marketing and selling inspiring works to a delighted audience. #Scotspirit.
