A Feast of Fife
The central team hosted Scottish event organisers for a full day site visit as we fed imaginations in the Kingdom of Fife and visited a fantastic array of venues as well as sampling some amazing local produce.
The day commenced at the Scottish Deer Centre with a falconry display courtesy of Raptor World, our guests also had the chance to handle some of the birds. We then visited the stunning exclusive Pittormie Castle before moving onto St Andrews for lunch at the Rocca Restaurant where award winning restaurateur Adrian Pieraccini has teamed up with Macdonald Hotels to create a new restaurant & bar concept within the Rusacks Hotel.
The final highlight of the visit was to Hill of Tarvit, where local producers were on hand for a tasting sensation of an array of local Fife delights - our guests also got the chance to make their own oatcakes courtesy of Heritage Portfolio and hear about the history of Hill of Tarvit Mansion House before departing for home.
