The BTU were delighted to return to the popular EIBTM with a total of 18 partners in December 2010. Visitors to our stand were treated to delicious Scottish oysters served from traditional wicker baskets.

Scotland in Belfast
In November 2010 The Merchant Hotel played host to the inaugural Scotland in Belfast dinner. Guests celebrated the 'Year of Food & Drink' whilst catching up on all the many exciting developements in Scotland.

Highland Safari
UK event organisers recently took part in a Highland Safari Challenge to experience some of the best of the Highlands' offering for events. The group stayed at the Kingsclub, Invermess' newest hotel and enjoyed the traffic free roads in open top cars.
